| The Language Link College is in
Main Road Rosebank at the foot of Cape Town's famous Table Mountain.
There is easy access to shops, banks, businesses, entertainment
and libraries. The University and many of the best public and private
schools are in the area. The College is on the main train, bus and
taxi routes and is ten minutes by train from Cape Town's central
station. It is only ten minutes by car to the Cape Peninsula University of Technology
and five minutes to the University of Cape Town campus.

English and Preparation for English medium study
You will work on language skills, like speaking, listening, reading
and building vocabulary, and prepare to study at English-medium
schools, universities and technikons. |
| Academic English
You will work on understanding texts, making useful notes and writing
clearly and correctly. You can also prepare for IELTS and TOEFL
examinations. |
Business and Workplace
English
We do training and skills development at your workplace to help
with communication skills, editing and letter writing. |
| Costs:
R3350 per month. This includes learning materials and a number of
outings.
Registration: R400
Private lessons: R120 per hour |
| Language Laboratory
Your teacher will establish what your particular needs are. You
will work on a computer, practising pronunciation and listening
skills relating to your language needs. Your homework will be stored
on a flash-drive, and your teacher will process it and give feedback.
This will form the basis of further classwork and homework, building
on what you have learnt and providing a stepping stone to your next
lesson.
Classes will be held from 2.00 to 6.00p.m, Mondays to Fridays.
Lessons will last for 50 minutes.
We suggest that you book your lessons at least one week in advance.
You can have up to four lessons per day.
Language Laboratory Costs
1 to 5 lessons: R150 per lesson
6 to 10 lessons: R135 per lesson
More than 10 lessons: R130 per lesson
